Here are some of the new paintings I’ve produced in February, 2015 at my studio in Kansas City, Missouri. I’m hoping one day to show somewhere in the Crossroads, but I’ll need to do a lot more than just 12 paintings!
These paintings feature a lot more subdued palette than the last set I produced in November, and most of the paintings remind me of the off season at a beach, with wonderfully rich colors playing off each other against the backdrop of a thick, palette knife surface.
